Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 31 October 2025.

Our commitment

Mentor Body Worx is committed to providing a website and customer experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disability. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA wherever practicable and to improve accessibility on an ongoing basis.

What we’re doing

To support accessibility, we:

  • Use clear structure, headings and consistent navigation.

  • Provide sufficient colour contrast and scalable text.

  • Add alternative text to meaningful images and labels to form fields.

  • Support keyboard navigation and visible focus states.

  • Avoid content that flashes or auto-plays without controls.

  • Write content in plain language where possible.

Measures in place

  • Design & development: Accessible patterns are part of our design system and review checklists.

  • Content: Editors are trained to add alt text, captions and descriptive link text.

  • Testing: We conduct periodic manual checks with keyboard-only navigation and screen reader spot-checks (e.g., NVDA/VoiceOver), alongside automated audits (e.g., WAVE/AXE).

  • Continuous improvement: We fix issues we find or that are reported to us, prioritising barriers that block access to key information or services.

Conformance status

Our goal is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Some areas may not yet fully meet this target, particularly legacy content or third-party widgets. We are working to resolve these gaps as part of our continuous improvement program.

Compatibility with browsers & assistive technology

This site is designed to be compatible with:

  • The latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.

  • Current desktop and mobile operating systems.

  • Common assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, zoom, voice control).

If you experience issues with a specific browser or assistive tool, please let us know (see Feedback below).

Technical specifications

Accessibility of our website relies on:

  • HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript that follow accessible patterns.

  • A content platform (Wix Studio) and third-party services (e.g., maps, booking, analytics). While we aim to choose accessible integrations, some third-party code may be outside our full control.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following potential limitations and are working to improve them:

  • Some embedded third-party widgets may not provide full keyboard support or accessible names.

  • Older PDFs or downloads may not be fully tagged for screen readers.
If you need content in an alternative format (e.g., tagged PDF, large print or plain text), contact us and we’ll provide it where reasonably possible.

Feedback & support

Your feedback helps us improve.

Please describe the page or feature, what assistive technology you’re using (if any), and the issue you encountered. We aim to acknowledge feedback within 2 business days and provide an update or solution within 10 business days where feasible.

In-person accessibility

If you are visiting our workshop and have access needs (e.g., step-free access, accessible parking, alternative communication methods), please contact us in advance so we can assist.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Australian Human Rights Commission for guidance on accessibility and discrimination: humanrights.gov.au | 1300 656 419.

Continuous improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review this statement and our site regularly, especially when we introduce new features or significant content changes.
